Return Eligibility

Unused and Unopened Products: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the item. We may request supporting evidence such as photographs or videos to assess the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used or opened, unless they are defective or damaged

Return Process

Initiation of Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email at [email protected]. Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with any additional instructions for the return process.
Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return in a secure box or envelope to prevent damage during transit. Include the RA number on the package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the returned items are deemed ineligible for a refund, we will contact you to discuss the options available.
